Returns Policy
Eligible purchases can be returned within 14 days from the receipt of your order. You will find everything you need to know about your return options on this page.
To be eligible for returns, it has to fit the following criteria:
• The request must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date
• The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
• The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition.
Please note: Final Sale items are not eligible for returns.
INTIMATE APPAREL AND SWIMWEAR:
Due to hygienic reasons, intimate apparel and swimwear are not eligible for returns. This applies to lingerie, underwear, swimsuits, bikini to and bottoms etc.
FACE MASKS:
In the interest of hygiene, face masks and face coverings are not eligible for returns and are considered final sale.
APPAREL:
All original tags must be still attached to the garment(s). Be mindful of any perfume, deodorant, make-up that may rub off on the apparel. Also beware of jewelry that may get caught and tear the fabric.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If you believe an item is defective, please contact our customers service team so we can help you resolve the issue. We will cover for shipping fee for the return if an item is verified to be defective when you receive the package.
Toxic Pandas reserve the rights to reject any returning products that do not comply with the return policy set out on this page. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address. In order to avoid this, please contact our Customer Care Representatives to address your issues or concerns you might have regarding your item(s) you wish to return.
RETURNS:
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating the returns with their local post office.We also suggest you use Traceable shipping services or purchase shipping insurances. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
EXCHANGES:
Toxic Pandas do not offer exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s).
REFUNDS:
Once the returned merchandise is received, quality checked and approved, Toxic Pandas will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please note that it may take up to 7 days to process the refund. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.
Please note: Shipping fee will not be refunded.
